  1. Marko Bohanec says:

Can you please explain the difference between submitting an abstract, short or full paper? Also, if I submit an abstract now, can I submit a paper later?

    Thank you,

    Marko Bohanec

    • ewgdss says:

      Dear Marko Bohanec,

The Workshop accepts either short/extended abstracts or full papers.
Only the abstracts (first page of full papers or first page of extended abstracts will be published in the Workshop Proceedings (Book of Abstracts). However, all the submissions (also the long ones) accepted by the Workshop PC will be distributed for the workshop participants in digital form.

The Workshop will encourage its participants to submit full papers to 2 special issues of IJDSST; IJIDS and a Springer Book, as above. So: YES, if you submit an abstract to the workshop, you can later submit a full paper on the same presented work to one of the planned publications described above.

      Best regards,
      Fatima Dargam

    Dear All,
please i want to be sure from the deadline of final paper?

    • ewgdss says:

      Dear Ghada Elkady,

The Workshop Proceedings will only publish the Abstracts. You have already sent to us the modified one.
If you wish the final modified paper to be included in the Workshop digital version of the abstract (as attached submitted full papers), please send it to ewg-dss@fccdp.com up to thursday June 16th, 2011. Otherwise, you can use the feedback from your paper presentation at the workshop to finalize it and submit it to one of the planned workshop publications, as advertised at http://londonewgdss2011.wordpress.com/call-for-papers/ .

If you need some more information, please contact us via email (ewg-dss@fccdp.com).

      Best Regards,
